  • You haven't completed the required Facebook Data Handling Questionnaire, or Meta hasn't approved it yet.
  • Bloomreach hasn't fully enabled the Facebook Ads integration for your instance yet, especially in a new setup.

You can also notice related symptoms instead of the exact Feature Unavailable message. For example:

  • The connection page keeps loading.
  • The connection flow doesn't start.
  • The Connect your Facebook account with Bloomreach button doesn't respond as expected.

Check the Facebook Data Handling Questionnaire

Confirm that you have completed the Facebook Data Handling Questionnaire and that Meta has approved it for your setup. If this step is still pending, the integration will not connect correctly.

If you aren't sure about the questionnaire status, contact your Bloomreach point of contact to confirm it.

Ensure your setup is ready for Facebook Ads
