If you request a password reset from the Forgot Password page but don't receive the reset email, follow the steps in this guide. The most common cause is using the wrong regional login URL. Other causes include not having a user profile in the project or entering an incorrect email address.
Verify you use the correct regional login URL
Bloomreach operates across multiple regional instances. Each instance has its own login page and sends password reset emails only for users registered on that instance. If you use the wrong regional login URL, the password reset email will not be sent.
Identify your regional login URL
Check the URL you normally use to access your Bloomreach project. The region prefix in the URL indicates which login page you need:
- EU region: https://eu.login.bloomreach.com/forgotten-password
- US region: https://us.login.bloomreach.com/forgotten-password
- UK region: https://uk.login.bloomreach.com/forgotten-password
- CA region: https://ca.login.bloomreach.com/forgotten-password
- AP region: https://ap.login.bloomreach.com/forgotten-password
Request a password reset from the correct URL
Navigate to the regional login page that matches your project.
Click Forgot Password.
Enter your email address.
Check your inbox for the reset email.
For more information, read the Using 'Forgot Password' through the correct instance documentation.
Verify your user profile exists in the project
Your email address must be registered as a platform user in the project. If your email is only associated with a customer profile, not with a user with platform access, the password reset email won't be sent.
Check with your project administrator
Ask a user with the Workspace IAM Admin role in your organization to confirm that your email address is added to the project as a user.
If your profile doesn't exist, ask the administrator to invite you to the project.
After the administrator creates your profile, request a password reset again from the correct regional login URL.
Verify your email address
A common cause of missing reset emails is an incorrect email address. Password managers and autofill can insert a misspelled or outdated email address into the Forgot Password field.
Double-check the email address you enter in the Forgot Password field.
Confirm that the email address matches the one registered in your Bloomreach project.
If your organization uses multiple email domains, verify with your administrator which domain is registered with Bloomreach.
Check your spam and junk folders
Bloomreach sends password reset emails from noreply@notifications.bloomreach.com. Your email client or email security system may filter these emails.
Check your spam or junk folder for emails from
noreply@notifications.bloomreach.com.
Contact support
If you follow all the steps above and still don't receive the password reset email, contact Bloomreach Support. Include the following information in your request:
The email address you use to log in
The project URL you are trying to access
The regional login URL where you request the password reset
The approximate date and time of your last password reset request
Support can check the email delivery logs to confirm whether the reset email is triggered and delivered.
