Issue
The list of active users in both QA and Production (PROD) environments, including their names and email addresses, within the CMS (Content Management System), needs to be retrieved.
This article provides instructions on how to retrieve the list of active users.
Solution
Steps to Retrieve Active Users List
The client can retrieve the active users list by using one of the following methods.
From the Console
- Navigate to the path: /hippo:configuration/hippo:users
- This path will list all the users in the CMS.
From the CMS UI
- Go to Setup
- Select brXM User Management
- This section will display the users in the CMS.

Notes
- The customer's environment and console data, including the list of active users, cannot be accessed by Bloomreach.
