- Check if you have the correct role for accessing the features in the platform
- Clear the cookies in your browser
- Clear the cache in your browser
- Try using incognito mode in your browser
- Try disabling all extensions (ad blocker, firewall, antivirus, etc.)
- Try disabling your VPN temporarily
- Update your browser
- Try different browser
- Try a different device
- Check your internet connection
- Change your internet connection from a Wi-Fi or corporate network to a mobile network
If none of the proposed solutions fix your issue, record a HAR file and contact our support team, who will help you investigate the issue further.
