Whenever you try to use export in the platform, and it returns a 403 error screen like the following example, it means that the export module has not been enabled in your project or you do not have a sufficient role to access it.
To enable the Export module in your project, you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager and request that this module be added.
To add permissions to access the Export module, you need to reach out to the Account Admin and ask for the Exports Module Admin, who will have full access to set up Exports of customer data, including PII.
After the Export module has been enabled and you have the correct roles, you will no longer see the 403 error screen and will be able to utilize this module fully.
