If you see a 403 error when trying to use export in the platform, the Export module is either not enabled for your project or you do not have the required permissions to access it.
How to enable the Export module
To enable the Export module, contact your Customer Success Manager and ask them to add it to your project.
Required permissions
To access and use data exports, you need the Exports Module Admin permission.
If the export contains personally identifiable information (PII), you also need the Personal Data Viewer permission.
Without these permissions, the Export module may remain inaccessible, or some export actions may be unavailable.
What to expect after access is granted
Once the Export module is enabled and you have the required permissions, the 403 error will no longer appear, and you will be able to use the module fully.
