Problem
Campaigns added on the dashboard are not functioning as expected.
Debugging Steps
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Contact your technical team for the API call.
- Scroll to the bottom of the API and check if the campaign object is available in the API response.
- If yes, advise your technical team to investigate why the campaign is not functioning as expected. Also, refer to the available documentation.
- If no, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal with the API call.
