To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Check if the synonyms are visible in the ranking diagnostics, but not in the synonym section of the dashboard.
Synonyms shown in ranking diagnostics may not show up in the synonym section due to lemmatisation.a. If yes, raise a ticket on the <a href="https://support.bloomreach.com" target="_blank">Bloomreach Support Portal</a> with the API call.
To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:
- Check the dashboard if there are any existing duplicates of the synonym rule on the same query.
- Check if your access is limited to Read-only that restricts you from adding synonyms.
