There are ranking discrepancy due to relevance by segment.

Debugging Steps

To investigate the issue and the reason, follow the steps below:

1. Contact your technical team for the API call.
2. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed correctly.
3. Check if the relevance by segment parameter is passed in the pixel.
4. Check if the segment parameter is added to the dashboard wherever the rule is checked.
5. Refer to the documentation:
   • Preview segmented results in the Dashboard
   • Relevance by Segment API
   • Relevance by Segment Pixel
6. Once you have verified the above steps without any result, raise a ticket on the Bloomreach Support Portal and include the PIDs where you see discrepancies and the API call.
