Support Portal
Users with access to the Help Center Portal can request new tickets via the Portal. Link to the Help Center Portal login page is highlighted below.
- support@bloomreach.com - a direct email with responses provided during agreed support business hours.
- urgent@bloomreach.com - a direct email for submitting business-critical cases, reflected in the SLA. (Discovery & Content only)
Messenger (only for Engagement Support)
Engagement offers a messenger (live chat) functionality with responses provided during agreed business hours. It is available for all users within the Engagement platform in the location highlighted below.
Phone
The phone option is available only for business-critical cases, as reflected in the SLA.

Refer to respective SLA for information on available Support Business hours for Discovery, Engagement and Content products.
Support language
Support for Bloomreach Client will be provided in English.
